Instant Email - new topics only

I'm having a problem with not getting emails for "New Topics Only" instant email subscriptions.   The messages aren't being generated.  I've just confirmed it with testing on my site.

I know that we had a problem previously with "New Topic Only" digests subscriptions where the digests were not being issued (see this thread: http://support.nabble.com/Digest-Subscription-to-New-Topics-only-is-not-generating-td7587551.html) and I know you fixed something there.

Is it possible the instant emails are experiencing the same problem and need the same fix?
