Strange differences in From Line

I am subscribed to my list twice.

The first one, I'm subscribed at the category level with one email address.  When I get the email for that one, the "From" line looks like this:

Looks pretty much normal.

The second one, I'm subscribed at the top SUDSOL level with a different email address.  When I get an email from that subscription, the email "From" line looks like this:

Notice how it says... From: subscription-bounces+...
(The pictures are both from the exact same post to the system)

Why would I see differences between these?  
Should I be concerned about the one that says something about subscription bounces?
