Thanks.  I see you added <n.if.not.list_is_empty>   I'll see what result I get tomorrow.
The test I did to see if it was related to being subscribed to "all posts" vs only "new posts" - it doesn't seem to matter - I got the email with 0 posts for both situations.  So at least it rules that out.
I'll let you know what I see tomorrow.
