Odd style issue Firefox vs Chrome/Safari

The news-header (and other elements) have rounded corners in Chrome and Safari:



But not in Firefox:



I'm 99% sure this is a new/recent thing. I'm positive those corners were rounded from the beginning.

The odd thing is I can't find anything in the CSS that makes them round.
