Registration email not coming

Hi, I created a forum and everything seems to work fine, except a friend tried to register and never got an email from Nabble. We both tried several times (with his address) but still nothing. I checked the spam folder, mail filters, everything I could think of, but didn't find any solution. He's using google apps.
