None of my forums have a formal/legal page of terms and conditions.

A number have some guidance notes on how to get the best out of the software, and what to be aware of when using email to post to a forum, but no rules as such. In my case I tend to rely on the common courtesies I expect of any adult, and the very rare private email explaining what I expect to any transgressors of what I feel is appropriate.
