Covered by Nabble's Terms and Conditions?

Hello,

I am launching my first website and I have a Nabble forum embedded on my site.  Am I covered by Nabbles terms and conditions?  I don't want to get sued.  I have created some general rules for my forum that I pulled from another forum sites  terms and conditions BUT can I just post a link to Nabbles terms and conditions and say that my form functions under Nabble's terms?
