Cannot buy any credits!?

Hi there, I am trying to remove the ads on my forum but am getting this:

I have tried twice, two different cards, once on Chrome, once using Firefox - both cards are OK to use but neither seem to work - why is this please?  Am going in through main forum not an embedded version?
