Updates, the zipping happens with different users, on different computers, whether through the rapidweaver site or through direct web connection to the nable forum. It seems though it is something that nabble is ding, but not consistently. Or, I suppose it might be browser specific?
I use Chrome/Mac OSX, all fine
My group: IE8/W7 - seem to be failing
