Is it possible to Embed a specific topic

I really like the ability to Embed a Nabble forum on my webpage.
Instead of showing All topics can I set the embed code to display a specific topic?  
For example, I may create a WebPage called "Family Holiday Traditions" .  I could then create a topic in the forum called "What are your family traditions?" and embed the forum page specific to that topic.
Is this possible?
