process pyhton.exe load proces 100 %

Hi, I have installed a Windows Server 2008 standard with 2 GB of RAM and an Intel Xeon E7440 2.4 GHz, with eduCommons license 2.5, when entering the application website eduCommons, my processor automatically goes to 100% and the process spanning the entire processor is pyhton.exe, with a single query.
Could help me please.
