Can't log out and options are missing

I can't log out of a forum app and the options drop down only shows "subscribe by email"....................earlier it was working fine.

Embedded on another site I can see the drop down options but when I click "manage sub forums" it opens "pinned topics". Cannot access "manage sub forums". Something whacky going on here.
