Unregistered User

Is there a way to remove an Unregistered User's information from "All Users People"  She unregistered 3 days ago but she is still showing under "All Users People" as registered However, when you click on her name, Stephanie, it shows  her as an Unregistered User,  She would liked to be gone. Can you please help me out.
