Forum slated for deletion

We have had a very rough December here and this is the first chance since December that I've even thought about checking my posts and e-mail.  It appears that my forum has been deleted because of inactivity. Received message  December 7th and it said it would be deleted in 30 days.  Is there anyway that I can get it back.
