Why must the two apps be tied together?

Where does the first "overridden" tag go?

Sorry to be dense. I guess I can leave it as is. But I removed the "extra" code from the magazine. I didn't exactly understand it, but it seemed to work.

What is the least amount of code I can use to get the title tags I want in the forum?
