Would like to send my forum members a note about issues

Guys.. the instability of the last few days is really hurting the community we've worked hard to create. I'm sure this is no surprise to you.  And I know you are working hard to resolve these issues.

People are less frustrated with things when they have information.  Can you give us an idea about when we can expect some stability again?

Also I'm curious about why the support forum seems to be more stable than my forum?  I'd rather be exempt from upgrades, and have a stable environment.

Also I'd recommend removing the word "OOPS" from all error messages.  It gives the impression that issues aren't being taken seriously. Thanks.
