SPAM posting from forum are held on moderation by mailman but published to the forum

Hi,
I have a problem with spam. I am using nabble for offering an additional method to access our mailing lists.
When a posting is send to the list via the forum, it could be held for moderation (SPAM or whatever problem) by mailman. At the same time it is directly published to the forum view.
Why is this not synchronized?
Is there any configuration parameter on nabble or mailman for enabling such a synchronization?
