It's ok, but you can't change the world. People like the different browsers. Moreover, there are the other OS like MacOS or Linux, where IE is an alien thing.

But what should I say to the 30% of my visitors? Let's change your mind? Let's go into IE (and to the Windows)?
I believe that no one user should be minded about the troubles of a web designer.
