Lack of Admin Options: Widespread Reports

A number of people on Free Support are complaining of a lack of Admin Options on menus or raising queries that suggest a lack of access to Admin options.

I have just discovered that Admin options don't appear when running Internet Explorer, but work fine in Firefox.

Can you confirm this issue?
