Allow Google for authentication/registration in Nabble

I'd like to migrate some people from Google Groups.

(Google Groups no longer allows files, and search there has been broken for well over a year.)

Migrations of people from Google Groups will meet least resistance if each person can use his/her Google ID in Nabble applications.
