Moving sub forums into another existing sub forum

I have several different sub forums that I want to put into one of the sub forums that is also already there. Kind of make a main folder with sub forum/folders within the main one. I can't seem to get the "Move" function to appear and be able to use the "Permalink" to accomplish this. Here is the link to my forum: http://www.negrilmusic.com/music-theory-highway.html
