Here is a screen shot..  I am sooooooo confused..  I havent even ventured into users and groups yet..I am scared.. lol

 

This is the same problem I was having.  You have to add yourself as an administrator with your email address.  Click on Options, Users, Manage Users and Groups, then click on Administrators and add your email address in the white box, click save changes at the bottom.
