How do I find other forums or advertise with Nabble members?

This is my first time using Nabble, so I am just a little lost. All the other nabble forums I've ever seen have been dead for a long time or they were started, but not finished. Is there a list of everyone's forums?
Second question, places like SMF and Invision have support forums where members of that host are able to advertise their site for others to see. Is there something like that here? I have a role-playing site at http://written-in-roses.810173.n3.nabble.com/ if you could add that somewhere. Thank you.
