Those duplicated users are all "unregistered" accounts. So those users didn't finish the Nabble registration process and posted without login information. They probably have their browsers set to delete cookies after each session. Maybe you should just change your forum and let only registered users post (see Options > Users > Who can view & post?). I can merge those accounts when those users have a registered account available (for example, JannerOverseas doesn't have a registered account yet).
