Forum comes up as Index page. Help?

Hello.

I'm currently running 2 forums, one of which just recently had the domain name changed to littleforum.littlefae.com

The forum works, but occasionally I get redirected to an index page containing favicon.gif and one other image.  A couple minutes later if I try it it works.

However, one of my users apparently cannot get to the forum at all, and instead gets nothing but the index page.

Any suggestions for help?
