Forum scheduled for deletion even though there was a post today

I just got an e-mail that The Midnight Commander forum was scheduled for deletion.

This forum had a message posted today, and 54 messages posted during the month of February. How is deletion determined? Maybe not from messages posted, but from view counts via the Nabble interface? What would be the thresholds in that case?
