Moving Sub-ForUMs

Hi,

Sub-ForUMs.

Suppose I have Sub-ForUMS >  A - B - C
Is there a way to move C (and all topics/replies) - the last ForUM -- to the A (first) position ON THE MAIN PAGE?
Then subforUMs would be C - A - B
