Does this happen every time or just sometimes?

We haven't done a release in a while and will do one sometime this week.  After that, I will watch performance closely by tracking all pages that take more than 2 seconds to load and I will fix these issues as I see them.  I think we do have performance issues right now but they should be cleared up over the next 3 weeks.
