Nabble Terms of Use > Advertising

I have created a web site and Nabble forum for our Non-Profit Homeowner's Association.

One request from members has been to include a "want ads" topic for personal non-commercial posts to give, sell or trade personal items an post for "wanted items".

Would a topic of this type be in violation of the Nabble Terms of Use > Advertising rule?
