You can:

• exclude Nabble from the breadcrumb trail
• prefer to not embed in your site.

Nabble permalinks will be good with or without embedding.

and finding an alternative or awaiting a solution for nabble.

There are discussions of an installable version of Nabble, e.g.
<http://n2.nabble.com/-tp2300025p2300025.html> and <http://n2.nabble.com/-tp2229606p2236602.html>, if this possibility arises then you can have more control.
