The above problem - had something to do with my Name not showing -After Logging in
It's fixed now
 AFTER - I Logged IN
I deleted all Cookies - cleaned out my AOL and IE cache
Rebooted and then logged in and my Owner Name showed in upper right corner - as it always did...
Then was able to delete the Topic and all replies...

I recall that a number of posts were made by unregistered user(s) naming themselves as Claude, e.g.

A guess: whilst figuring out answers to questions about posting and replying, were you logging out and pretending to be someone other than ClaudeMobetta?
