Improvement to wording of confirmation of authorisation

When a forum owner responds to a request from a Nabble user to post to a restricted area, the response to the owner is:

> Request Confirmed

> {name} is now allowed to visit your "{name}" forum.

For a public forum in which viewing is unrestricted, this form of wording could be confusing to the owner; the applicant was already allowed to visit (view)  the forum.

A better form of wording might be,

> {name} is now an authorised user of your {name} forum.
