Editing the name of a forum, editing topics and messages, permalinks

Hi

1. at the forum level (not whilst reading a topic, thread or post therein)

2. Options menu

3. Editor submenu

4. Edit name & description.

Within a forum: you can also edit the topics and messages that you post.

In all cases, permalinks remain good.
