permalink broken

If I view source and destination in Classic view, I arrive at a topic
<http://n2.nabble.com/n1--%3E-n2-for-user-accounts-td14367.html#a2261384> but not at the post to which the permalink related.

Might the permalink be broken by the move of a thread of which the permalink was a part?
