Another example.

When I came into this forum just now it showed that this topic had been visited.
Yet there was no indication at all that it had been updated.
It was not at the top of the list and I could not rmember if Will had been the last person to respond.
So I had no idea that I NEEDED to visit this topic. Does that make things clearer?
