If it helps:

* forget all notions of drag and drop (from A to B)

1. begin by viewing B (the destination)

2. present the permalink for your destination

3. copy that permalink (to your clipboard)

4. go to A (the source, the thing you wish to move)

5. take the option to move

6. in the page that appears, you'll find a fairly up-front text field to which you should copy the address that you copied at step (3).

A little weird at first, but after you have done it once it makes sense :)
