OK. Try again, it should work now.

The problem is that you created the forum as an anonymous user, probably on a different computer. Nabble can remember you as the owner if you are still on the same computer, but not if you are on a new computer. So, then you registered and you are not considered the owner of the forum. I just set the forum to be owned by you, you should be able to access those options now.
