The options for different actions are all placed under the "Options" dropdown at each forum level. So, for example, if you want to edit a forum's name & description, go to that forum, and click the Options dropdown to find the action to do it. There are many options, you can change forum appearance (font, color etc), create or remove sub-forums ...
