He bans people based on disagreements rather than, what is fair.  How do I go about in filing a claim against -As The World Turns - Fan Message Board - created byCreated by   a_priori

My resolution is that he makes a Public an pulic apology to me in a separate thread, Close him down, and of course I am open to your suggestions.
