social network links on the forum

Hi I've seen that there are social network capabilities on the forums which I have embeded on my website but can't seem to find them where you say they are.
they should definitely be out in the open to make the forums as viral as possible.
If I cant find them what chance have my users got?

There is also an option which administrators can use to turn off this feature (OPTIONS > EDITOR > CHANGE APPEARANCE) although on public forums the option is turned on by default.
