That's not the conventional way to do things as with any blog it would be expected that readers will be visiting your site regularly and want to read the latest post without the inconvenience of having to scroll down an ever longer page.
There is no single control that can reverse the order of posts. However, as you make each post, you can use the "Pin Topic" option and place it in the position you wish it to be displayed.
A more complex solution would be to edit the NAML that generates the page and sort the posts in the order you wish.
