register errors

I am having an ongoing problem with the forum on my site. When a person goes to register it shows all the options correctly, however when a person enters the captcha prompted to, it tells you that, what you have entered doesnt match what is in the picture. Obvisouly this isnt correct. I was wondering when and how this can be fixed.... please help asap. Thanks in advance.

This is the link to the forum on my current blog. We are looking to go "full fledge" and are testing to see how things would be and where do we need to "invest". We like the whole concept of having a forum on our site, however we are still new to this level of code editing.

If you are opening multiple registration pages at the same time, they are expected to fail. You must open one page, fill the form, submit it and only then you can open another.

1- Did anyone else had this problem besides you?
2- Have you attempted to clear your browser's cache?
3- Which browser are you using?

I have tested with Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome and all of them succeeded. There were no errors at all.

It was my wife's and I computer. However, a girl in our youth group log on just fine. So i don't know. I just want to make sure we are on top of things for future references
