posting to forum via email, registering twice

In Nabble's help with "posting via email" and the words "posting" "email" and "forum" there did not seem to be a clue as to how to address an email and what topic to use.  Help.

Although already registered for R, Nabble required a second registration to get help.  While computers do not have a problem with repetitive tasks, people tend to avoid redundancies.  Perhaps help could be provided in understanding the logic of this two step.

In any forum or sub-forum go to Option > Post by email and you are taken to a screen that reveals the email address to use for that particular forum. The subject line will become the topic title on the forum.

Every Nabble forum is independent with its own set of Administrators, registered users, members, etc. The Nabble Support forum is no different. Would you want administrators of other forums to have administrator rights in yours?
