post new topic programatically ?

Hi Guys, this may be a silly question, but is it possible to programatically send an email to a nabble mailing list, instead of manually creating a 'new topic ?'.


Appreciate any clarifications that you guys can make. I am unable to try this out myself because I dont want to spam ppl on a mailing list by mistake.

Currently Nabble has no method of generating monthly reminder messages (or similar) to subscribers.

It's a mail list, so why don't you get your mail program to generate new messages when required. Some mail programs will allow you to set a send date/time in advance. If yours doesn't then consider using a scripting program that could do the job for you. Something like AutoIt would do it.
