The most straight forward way is to add your logo to the Forum description.

Options > Application > Edit name & description

and insert the image there. Make sure the image you upload is an appropriate size. (As a guide user's avatars are 100px square.)
Volunteer Helper - but recommending that users move off the platform!
Once the admin for GregHelp now deleted.
