please help me! Confirmation E-mail error

Why register user not get a Confirmation E-mail? A user try to register on my new forum and get no  Confirmation E-mail?
Please help me!
register user is not in members list in my new forum, is a option i not use?

Its a foreign user, and the user not get a confirmation e-mail. The user have try to register
 agin and agin but its not working. Why its not working? Please help!

might be a problem with his e-mail address.
Ask him to sign up with a temporary address to confirm it's not an nabble problem

The user is from U.S.A and i ask him to try another e- mail. But its still not working. Why?
I now have my first user in my new forum, but now i have another error. My first user is from UK. He/she get a e-mail from my forum, and completely become a member of my forum. And now i have another error Please check it: My error number III
