new subscriber not receiving confirmation email

Hello,

I have someone that is trying to register for my forum, but they never receive the confirmation email.  His IT person has checked their mail server and there is no record of any emails from nabble.com being received by their email server.

What information would you need to check into this?

Also, how would I got about inviting people to my forum?  I thought if I could send him an invite maybe that would allow him to join the forum.

If others are successfully registering then that is all you can do from the Nabble end. Most likely your user has entered the wrong address and the mail is going elsewhere.

Post the URL of your forum and the module will be added by Pedro.

Yes, others are registering without issue.  I've had several users register since this one user says they can't register.  I have tried adding the user myself and asked them to let me know if they receive the confirmation email.  

I think I'll wait to see if this sorts the issue before I look again at adding the invitation feature.
