missing " in signature caused thread nesting problem

Hi,
I'm a user in the forum at addisonssupport.com

I used an HTML signature and I missed a quote mark and now all the threads I post on have a nesting problem! I contacted the owner of the forum but she doesn't know what to do to fix this. I wasn't able to update the signature after adding the quote where it should go, so I deleted the user account, but that just deleted the text of my posts.

Maybe you haven't explained all aspects of the problem, but why don't you go into your account an edit the signature concerned.

If the problem still exists after deletion of the "faulty" signature then I would be 99% sure that you have misdiagnosed the cause.

I could edit my signature and add the missing " mark but could not save. I was unable to make any changes to the signature.

Also, now my account is deleted, so I can't make any changes at all anymore.

I need to find out how to fully delete the user so that it is completely gone, or find out how to get into the backend to delete or fix the signature.

It looks like Peter did the fix on a one-off basis, using his "super-admin" access the the user's forum.

Hopefully someone will be along soon to fix your issue.
