i Phone cannot enter Image code

I have got a nabble forum embedded in my website but people who have iPhones are not able to register and log in. Android, and all the computers are fine just iPhones and iPads. Any ideas why this is?

It just doesnt register that they have entered the code.
It doesnt seem to get the caps lock on the iphone
It just asks to re enter code
