how to no stemming

I would like to be able to issue searches in Nabble that are NOT always stemmed. For example, I would like to search for "versioning" without finding "version" or "versions". I.e., I would like exactly "versioning". I've tried using "versioning" as a phrase to no avail and tried also:

"versioning" NOT "version"

which returns zero answers indicating that stemming is being applied.

Have you tried the advance search field called "the exact phrase"? I think that should work. Please let me know if you still have issues with that.

I'm sorry if I wan't clear in my original report. I did try exact phrase and it still stems.
